The 30 Book Challenge!
“Keep reading. It's one of the most marvelous adventures that anyone can have." -Lloyd Alexander During the 4th grade school year, you will have a goal to read 30 books. It might seem scary at first, but you can succeed!
This is one of my favorite parts of our class. You will be able to explore and learn about new genres of books, read books from genres that you already love, and share your favorite books, characters, and thoughts about reading with the class. Remember to start reading now! We have 9 full months to read, which means you should read roughly 3-4 books each month. These books can be books you read at school or at home. I am excited to hear about the great books you read this year! -Mrs. Powell |
